Here is a quick card that I pulled together to send to a friend. I was able to use papers from my scrap pile! The cute tag is actually from a stamp set I picked up at my local Wal-mart from Studio G (item #WM0132). I wanted the "HI" to stand out so after I stamped it in black to get the outline, I stamped it again in lime green. I cut the word bubble out and went in with a thin black marker and outlined the letters to make the pop. I adhered the tag and heart elements to the card base using pop dots.
